Spending Christmas at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. the staff was very helpful and the cleanliness was impeccable. the bedding and pillows were comfortable and the room had a balcony with a beautiful view. the location was perfect for small walks and the scenery was breathtaking. the breakfast was fresh and healthy, and the room was equipped with free and reliable Wi-Fi.
We would have appreciated the convenience of a hospitality tray and the option of an open restaurant. It was a shame that there were very few alternatives for food within walking distance.

In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi connection, which was quite fast.
Sadly, the hotel is situated in a really remote area, and it was quite challenging to find it. , the hotel had limited activities or entertainment options to enjoy during our weekend stay.

The staff is mad cool and the beds are super comfy. We hit up Serra da Estrela and it was epic, like the views went on forever. And the breakfast spread was fire, bro. Perfect fuel for our adventures!
Yo, they need to bump up the party vibes. Like, a sick pool or dope rooftop bar would be lit.
